Weekend already... would mean something if work didnt bleed all over it. My choice, right?
Uploading delays... working on getting a new provider.
Feeling MUCH better, do I recover quicker or what is going on? But it IS getting cold outside! Winter jacket out!
Half Murph done today, a little slower on the runs but I think I did the rounds faster. For reference:
2 mile warm up + 1 mile = 29.53
1 mile 8.50 (combined with 2 mile warm up
55 Pull ups (~6.30)
110 Push ups (~7.00)
165 Air squats (~6.00): 22.24
1 mile: 9.03
The Art of Learning a Language - four chapters in. I'm finding it's a little repetitive and my writing style is matching the translator's.

Computer is in the shop and now Im figuring out how to work with the iPad.

Sorry about the late upload but was having device connection issues. May have to look into alternates now as this has gotten bad.
Workout modification: triphaisic training. Shift the harder days to Friday so your body can recover over the weekend to be ready for Monday's workout.
Will take the computer in for repair tomorrow as the new battery is in.
Wrote another chapter for The Art of Learning a Language. Going quick and this will need revision but... I'm surprised at how easy it is coming out.
Presidential Cycle: what is it? And looking at stock market history.
And is Russia still able to send refined oil products to the US? Sneaky coonts, on both sides of the ocean!

Hang Seng Index falls... been going down for a while, but did we just see a bottom? So-called window dressing days are the last three days of the month + first two of the next. Big movement on the Shenzhen market

New HSK 7-9 test starts in November. Skip HSK 5 and go for higher?

How much content do we need? Produce produce produce, but who's watching? How much do you watch? How much do you listen to?

Speaking of which... NaNoWriMo begins! What will you write? Did my writing at lunch time.

Halloween... does it matter? I didn't go anywhere haha

Beijing leaves and the wind is picking up.

PSB visit... took a while. Had to update registration beforehand too. New photos... wow have I changed over the years!

Seoul, South Korea! What happened? Take care of each other out there.

Ladies, you take care too! Heard a lot of women I know undergoing some sort of surgery or repair-ation of some sort. Give your Mom a hug and check in on your friends!

Snowden steals govt information, proclaims the US govt is bad bad bad for spying, reveals he has more... sooo... he basically abused his own role for personal gain? Now he has Russian citizenship. What a dick.
Palace intrigue or just... intriguing? Hu Jintao leaves / removed from Great Hall of the People.
Xi Jinping reelected! No surprise! The surpise was... trying to get today's newspaper!
Japan starting to build up arms again... oooh don't like that.
Aiyamaya... such is the state of the world. What would a world without any of these headlines look likem Was World War 2 this bad with day after day of reports from some place getting blown up? This can't just be for selling newspapers.
