How was Ukrainian class? How much do you tell your teacher about what you do? Today I talked about my creative projects and I'm not sure which is worse: a teacher saying 'That's very nice' or a sibling or Mother!

Spices... did you know 'all spice' is actually a plant?! Yea, not a combination of spices! The plant is called Pimenta dioica and is found in Mexico and Central America.

Why do I know this? Reading up on spice usage. Basically... spices are good for your health in ways that add to the benefits of whole foods.
