4x4x56? We'll see. Started early at lunch cause it was nice n sunny. The idea of the original was I think to start at the end of day when you normally go to bed. This afternoon was just a normal work out though, but only got in 65 pulls ups, 225 pushups, and 320 or so squats.

The math:

Really just want to do it and not think about it so much.

Rest, elevate, compress, Vitamin C, water, one step in front of the other.

March Motion continues, will try something simple today.

After this weekend, a load is taken off and things aren't so crazy.

Why do your work in 2.5 hours when you can get it done in four?! Aiya!

March Motion continues with new vids posted to YouTube channel. I see how I can break this out a little bit more.

One quote that has stuck with me that I think was said by Gary Vaynerchuk is 'Would you rather spend 8 hours a day working for someone else or 8 hours a day working for yourself?'

Doesn't mean you need to start a business, he's very clear that not everybody is cut out for business. But you could be a good employee, have a hobby, get some exercise so you can do your work and not absolutely hate it.

Tomorrow... 4x4x48! Not sure I even want to talk about it because it just builds up. Why not start now? First night won't be hard, it's the second night.

Any special foods? Nope. Cottage cheese, oatmeal, milk, water, Vitamin C tablets (saw them at the store), nothing else really. Times are dialed in sooo now just waiting to go.

March already and the creative season begins again! Looking at travel plans for the next few months, could be crazy!

Expats Ex-patriate! More job shifts and maneuverings! How would you handle moving from a city of 21 million to 1 million? How about 50,000 people? Honestly, I imagine it would be quiet.

Is the current foreigner in China able to adapt? Was that the plan they wanted to see?
