You know the math. If I start now, I’ll be this old by the time it works. Then your brain hands you its verdict: never mind, it’s too late.
This episode is for the woman who started something and set it on a shelf. A business, a book, a degree, a dream. You didn’t quit, exactly. You just stopped. And every year since, “too late” has sounded a little more reasonable.
We talk about:
You don’t need a five-year plan. You don’t need to feel ready. You get to take the next step with mud on your boots.
A question to sit with: What did you start that’s still sitting on the shelf, waiting for you?
If you started something and stalled, and you can’t tell anymore whether it’s wisdom or fear telling you to let it go, we can talk. Schedule a 30-minute conversation here: [https://tidycal.com/3ln2gn1/lets-talk]. No convincing required.

A while back I heard Plato’s Allegory of the Cave mentioned in passing on a podcast, and it stopped me in my tracks. It’s a 2,400-year-old story about people chained in a cave, mistaking shadows on a wall for reality. And it describes exactly what so many of us do with our lives.
In this episode, I walk through the story, including the part most people forget: what happens when the one who got out goes back to tell the others. Then we look at the modern version of the cave. The job that drains you but looks great on paper. The role of being the one who holds it all together. The beliefs you absorbed before you ever got to choose them.
We talk about:
This one comes with a lot of compassion. We are all capable of mistaking shadows for reality. Me included.
A question to sit with: What’s one shadow on your wall that you’ve been calling reality?
If you’re in the in-between right now, we can talk. Schedule a 30-minute conversation here: https://tidycal.com/3ln2gn1/lets-talk

How do you know whether fear is telling you “This isn't right for me” or whether you're simply scared because you're moving toward something uncertain, unfamiliar, or important to you?
It gets even trickier because fear and excitement can feel remarkably similar in our bodies. A racing heart, butterflies, nervous energy—those sensations don't necessarily come with instructions attached.
In this episode, I'm talking about what happens when we mistake fear for an answer, the stories we attach to what we're feeling, and why being afraid doesn't automatically mean you shouldn't move forward.
One question to sit with:
What do I want—and what am I afraid will happen if I choose it?
Those aren't the same question.
And sometimes separating them changes everything.
If you know something in your life needs to change but you're having trouble hearing yourself underneath the fear, expectations, and second-guessing, let's talk.
→ Let's Talk
Until next time, trust yourself. ❤️
Have you ever asked so many people what they think that you eventually couldn't tell what you thought anymore?
There's nothing wrong with asking for advice. Other people can offer information, experience and perspectives we may not have considered.
But there's a difference between using someone else's perspective as information and treating it as authority.
In this episode, I'm talking about what happens when we keep looking outside ourselves for the answer—especially when what we're really looking for might be permission, reassurance or certainty.
Because sometimes we were actually clearer before we asked everyone else.
We'll talk about the difference between gathering useful information and outsourcing your decisions, why other people's advice is always filtered through their experiences and fears, and what self-trust looks like when no one can guarantee how your choice will turn out.
And I'll leave you with a question to ask the next time you're about to say, “What do you think I should do?”
What do I think I should do?
Hear your own answer before you add another voice to the room.
Want to talk?If something in your life is asking to change and you're having trouble hearing your own voice underneath everyone else's, let's have a conversation.
You don't need to know whether you want coaching. Tell me what's happening, where you feel stuck and what keeps pulling at you. We'll see what we notice.

Maybe you even know exactly what you want.
So why do you keep second-guessing it, talking yourself out of it, or looking for someone else to tell you what to do?
In this episode, I’m talking about that uncomfortable space between knowing something needs to change and trusting yourself enough to move toward it.
We’ll look at why “I don’t know” doesn’t always mean you don’t know, how fear can disguise itself as confusion, and what happens when you ask so many other people what they think that you eventually lose touch with what you think.
Because the more voices you bring into the conversation, the harder it can become to hear your own.
I’ll also give you two questions to sit with:
What do I already know that I keep trying to unknow?
And:
What story do I immediately tell myself about why I can’t trust that?
Because sometimes you don’t need another answer.
You need to trust yourself enough to hear the one that’s already yours.
If you’re listening and thinking, “This is exactly where I am,” let’s talk.

You know what you need to do. You can even see it clearly. But moving toward it feels like walking through wet concrete.
That's the mud phase.
In this episode, I'm coming back after a few months away — and I'm coming back honest. I'm in the mud phase right now, and instead of waiting until I'm through it to talk about it, I'm talking about it from inside it.
Because that's what this show is about.
We talk about what the mud phase actually feels like, why it's not a detour from your path but actually part of it, and what I've learned from being here more than once. And I leave you with a feeling and a permission slip — because sometimes that's exactly what we need.
If you're in the in-between right now, wondering when you're going to feel like yourself again — this one's for you.
In this episode:
If you feel called to go deeper, there are a few ways to continue the conversation below — take what resonates and leave the rest.
We’re taught to wait for clarity before we move forward.
But in real transformation, clarity often comes after aligned action.
In this episode, we explore:
• what self-leadership looks like without certainty
• how to stay connected to yourself in the not-knowing
• the difference between control and integrity
• leading from presence instead of urgency
This episode is for you if you’re ready to stop rushing clarity and start trusting yourself where you are.
This is a conversation about alignment, the in-between, and learning how to stay with yourself as something new takes shape.
Reflection:
What would it look like to trust yourself here — without needing to know what comes next?

There’s a phase of transformation no one prepares you for — the in-between.
The place where the old identity is dissolving, but the new one hasn’t landed yet.
In this episode, we talk about:
• why the void feels so disorienting
• what’s actually happening during identity transitions
• how the nervous system responds to uncertainty
• why this phase isn’t failure — it’s formation
This episode is for anyone who feels untethered, uncertain, or like nothing quite fits anymore.
This is a conversation about alignment, the in-between, and learning how to stay with yourself as something new takes shape.
Contemplation:
How can you create space for who you’re becoming — without abandoning who you are now?

Alignment gets talked about like it’s a feeling you either have or don’t.
But real alignment is a practice — a daily returning to what’s true, even when it’s uncomfortable.
In this episode, we explore:
• why alignment isn’t about feeling good all the time
• how your body signals when something is off
• the difference between comfort and coherence
• what alignment looks like from a somatic and lived perspective
This episode is for you if you’ve been doing what “makes sense” but something in your body keeps saying no.
This is a conversation about alignment, the in-between, and learning how to stay with yourself as something new takes shape.
Reflection question:
What does alignment feel like in your body — and how can you return to it this week?

This is a podcast for the woman who keeps thinking:
There has to be more than…
Maybe you know what you want next. Maybe you have no idea.
You just know something about the way you've been living no longer fits.
Here, we'll talk about what happens in that uncomfortable space between knowing something needs to change and actually trusting yourself enough to change it.
The fear. The second-guessing. The stories we tell ourselves. The roles we've outgrown. Other people's expectations. The endless search for the "right" answer.
And most importantly, what happens when you stop assuming someone else knows your life better than you do.
I won't tell you what your answer is.
But I might ask you to question some of the things you've been calling true.
And perhaps, underneath all that noise, you'll begin to hear what you already know.
