Welcome to The Autism Handbook. In this first episode I introduce myself, share a little about how I got into this work, and explain exactly what you can expect from this show.

I'm Dr. Salena Justice, a licensed psychologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating high-masking autistic adults. I've spent my entire career working with people who are really good at seeming fine. Until they're not.

This podcast exists because I kept seeing the same gap over and over. Smart, self-aware adults who already understood their patterns but had no idea what to actually do about them. The Autism Handbook is my attempt to fill that gap, one concrete, practical episode at a time.
