We’re back for the second episode of The Autisphere Unmasked Podcast featuring two autistic friends (Emma and Arron) discussing life as an autistic adult. This second episode focuses on how to manage autism and other conditions. Managing physical and mental health conditions alongside autism is difficult to say the least. We share our experiences of being autistic with depression and anxiety, and living with autism and chronic pain. We consider how to tell the difference between autism and other conditions, if this is possible.
PLEASE NOTE – There is mention of suicide and self-harm within this episode. A warning is given before we begin discussing this topic. You can skip ahead to 1:00:59 to listen to the rest of the podcast.
