We sat down with two of the brightest young names in the college coaching industry in College of Charleston assistant coach Jermaine Ukaegbu and Wake Forest director of player relations Joe Hugley. Hugley and Ukaegbu are both Montgomery County, Maryland natives who have earned positions working for two of the best coaches in college basketball in Steve Forbes and Pat Kelsey. We spoke to the two about their early start in the coaching game and of course did some reminiscing on our times playing with and against each other in Montgomery County!
