August 18, 2022Episode 36: Denise Moses (Extended Family of Lowell LLC)Denise Moses speaks on todays episode of The Autocast! I had the privilege of speaking to Denise live from the recent 'No Judgement Foundation' drive and in the short amount of time that I was able to talk to her, I got the profound impression that I was talking to a force of nature. Denise's family values, her willingness to give and motivate others are what keep her focused and geared towards conquering her goals. Aside from her family values, she developed her iron will and other tools from her endeavors in boxing. We had a motivating conversation and I hope you find something from this episode to motivate you to follow your aspirations. Thank you to Denise and thank you, the listener, for joining me! (w.Destiny Williams)The No Judgement Foundation was founded and organized by Destiny Williams to help those in need who are overwhelmed by the struggles life can bring. The mission of the foundation is to provide aid to not only children preparing to tackle another school year, but also to alleviate the pressure parents and other adults might be experiencing when trying to make ends meet. Today, I talk to Destiny Williams who is a friend and former guest of the show to go in-depth about her foundation and what she is ultimately trying to accomplish. Destiny has taken it upon herself to make giving back a part of her life's work, and I for one am a huge fan of someone becoming the change they want to see in the world! July 19, 2022Episode 34: Back To Life! Exercising Gratitude!!I've recently been afforded the time to nurture my relationships with others and myself with a recent schedule change at work. Since I was 15, I never had a schedule that jived with my loved ones and therefore would rarely be able to invest time in my relationships with them as I should. With things the way they are now, I find myself spending quality time with others and doing things that allow me to keep myself mentally and physically healthy. This episode doesn't so much pertain to any particular topic, but stands more as a recognition of gratitude. Gratitude is something I need to practice more of, so with this episode I'll do just that. Thank you for listening! ...more50minPlay

April 07, 2022Episode 32: Tis The Season! Motorcycle Starters Guide! It's the most wonderful time of the year! Motorcycle season is upon us and I've been having a lot of conversations with people about all kinds of motorcycle stuff. That said, I thought it'd be a good idea to give some tips to those looking to purchase a noble steed of their very own. BE FOREWARNED: I use the terms "risks" and "consider" often and I misspoke when I said most people don't modify their motorcycles; Most actually do, but mods probably shouldn't be a point of focus if you're just starting out your journey as a new rider. Otherwise, I feel this will be a very informative and time-saving episode for anyone looking to get their knee-down in the exciting world of motorcycle riding. Safe journeys y'all!...more45minPlay

March 07, 2022Episode 30: Jeremy FriasJeremy Frias is a good friend of mine and has been since the 7th grade. I've always appreciated Jeremy's perspective and intelligence and, in a way, you could very well say that he enabled and nurtured my own. I believe conversations like the one we had here are important for people to hear. Depression can be a tough subject. Fortunately, Jeremy and myself have adopted a sort of 'open-book' policy in hopes that others may not feel so solitary in their experiences in such an adverse mental environment. Depression isn't the only subject we touch on though: we talk Figuary, sense of self and wellbeing, the importance of movement/mobility, Buddhist teachings, poison arrows and even sprinkle in a few banana jokes throughout. Jeremy and I had a great time and I feel this episode very much speaks for itself. As always, thanks for tuning in and enjoy the show! February 27, 2022Episode 29: Kai Rodriguez (Kai Rodriguez Photography)I'm pleased to welcome Kai Rodriguez to the show! Kai is the owner/photographer behind Kai Rodriguez Photography and we had an awesome discussion on several crucial topics regarding entrepreneurship and what it takes to follow your dreams. I really got to peer into the mindset of someone who is not only a successful business woman, but also a mother and all-around fantastic human being. Kai has inspired many people from the city of Lawrence to take up photography and has readily extended mentorship to anyone who's asked for it. I admire the work she's done behind the lens as well as in her community. It's been a pleasure to finally meet Kai and get to know her on a deeper level. A big thank you to Kai and to you beautiful people for joining me on another episode of The Autocast!
