The Average AF Podcast

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we discuss how Adam stays busy while taking some time off work, being nominated as TIME Magazine's 2020 Podcast of the Year, and our shout out on Twitter from the New York Times! We are on the come up and have some plans for the show and studio for the future, but in the meantime, we're just having fun talking about new tricks, humans, monkeys, and aliens! Yeah, it's one of those episodes... Enjoy!

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we premiere our very first censored moment in the history of the show! That's very much unlike us, but I think it was warranted this time - We are good guys, I swear! Anyway, we discuss Baker being an old man, Adam creating enemies out of pure boredom, the show Survivor, and then we dive into weird scenarios and Would You Rather questions. I want to say we are logical, but we're also idiots, so... Definitely let us know if you agree.

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we easily have the most quotable show so far, especially the last half. The New York Times has labelled it as "the funniest 20 minutes in podcast history!" Their words, not ours. We celebrate reaching 10,000 total streams (audio and video), random animal facts, the deep web, flying manhole covers, the speed of light, and the complete size of the universe and what that actually means. It's safe to say we were different people by the time this episode was over, no doubt about it.

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we are joined by the Moist One himself, Mr. Jeremiah Johnson! He's the perfect guest for the 69th episode, and I think you'll agree. We even had to put a disclaimer at the beginning! We talk about stand up comedy, Jerry clears his name of an accusation, the legendary Hillshire Farm chant, Baker turns into a mentally handicapped T-Rex, savage parents, going to space, and many other things that really don't make much sense... If I'm being honest, this is may be the best 69th episode of any podcast, of all time. I don't even think it's debatable either. Just saying.

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we announce an upcoming guest, a hidden bonus episode that very few people know about, going to college vs. hands on experience, Oregon legalizing all drugs, and ending the episode with a surprise that's funny and literally painful at the same time... Only one animal was harmed while making this episode, and his name was Baker... Enjoy!

On this episode of the Average AF Podcast, we are joined by a very special guest - Cara McClenathan. Cara has a Master's Degree in Social Work, and works locally as a counselor for kids of all ages from Kindergarten to 12th grade. We start off with old stories and recapping Halloween, and then we dive into what it takes to get a Master's Degree, and the struggles and benefits of being a mental health counselor for K-12. It was a wild ride, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone!

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we are joined by Adam's long time friend, Steve Bollinger. We had to start with a review of Kanye's episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, and we can confirm, we are all still confused... With over 15 years of friendship, we also had a ton of stories to talk about including Walmart wheelchairs, ding-dong-ditching, nicknames, sledding on gravel/cement, and unknowingly walking into a Drag Show. We haven't even scratched the surface of our stories, so Steve is definitely going to be back!

On this episode of The Average AF Podcast, we discuss Baker's candy addiction, Walmart ass-cracks, giving a Carolina reaper to an 11 year old, more odd quirks of ours and our fans, sleep paralysis, and we deconstruct a very common phrase that really makes no sense... Give us your feedback!
