It’s Night 5 of the 13 Nights of Halloween! Tonight we are joined by one of the founding fathers of The Average: Hayden. The three of us discuss the modern masterpiece that is The Mummy? Is it top notch film making? Or over bloated hype? Does it matter when you are having this much fun?

We are 5 movies in, we have 8 to go as we countdown to Halloween itself.  We hope you join us again tomorrow! This may not be a traditional Halloween movie, but for those that don’t like the scares, I am sure it’s terrifying.

It’s Night 4 of the 13 Nights of Halloween! Back to just Bryce and Tim for tonight's spellcasting. We dive into the 1996 film The Craft starring some people you know about if you are older than 35, and Neve Campbell. The movie bewitched many when it dropped into theaters at the end of the Satanic Panic, but does it still hold audiences under its spell today? Listen and find out!

We are 4 movies in, we have 9 to go as we countdown to Halloween itself.  We hope you join us again tomorrow! Even if this movie put you to sleep and offered zero scares.

Welcome to Night 3 of the 13 Nights of Halloween! Tonight we are joined by a guest who just wants to be known as Elliot.  So thank you for joining us as we talk about the 1999 version of the Washington Irving tale: Sleepy Hollow.  Get ready for a movie that brings the atmosphere but maybe fumbles the story just a little.  Does it work as a Halloween watch? It sure does.

We are three movies in, we have ten to go as we countdown to Halloween itself.  We hope you join us again tomorrow!

Welcome to Night 2 of the 13 Nights of Halloween! It’s just your regulars, Bryce and Tim tonight. Sorry to disappoint.  Speaking of disappointing… we have Wes Craven’s 1989 flubsterpiece Shocker. It’s a paranormal romance, a tech thriller, a wannabe slasher. It’s a blenderful of the time period that was the end of the 80s formulaic slashers and the beginning of the experimental 90s.  While the horror is light on this one, we hope you stick with us for the next 11 nights!
