In Episode #33, I sit down with former UCI World Cup XC rider Willow Koerber-Rockwell. If you just entered the sport of mountain biking within the past 5 years you may ask yourself who is Willow Koerber-Rockwell? Well, she was one of the top XC riders for the Subaru Gary Fisher Team that then turned into Subaru Trek Factory Team. Willow finished 3rd in the 2009 and 2010 UCI World Championships and was 2nd OVERALL in the 2010 UCI XCO Series. She was also the FIRST female to reach the podium at a world cup, riding a 29er mountain bike. Remember, at that time in the sport of mountain biking, 29er's were still consider the ugly step child that no one wanted to invite to the party. I for one, thank Willow for kicking in the door and bringing the "wagon wheel" outcast to the party.
Following the 2010 season she took off to have her first child. In 2012 she came back to the world stage, but her priorities had changed and she couldn't fully commit to being both a mother and a pro mountain biker, so Willow walked away from the sport. She now lives in Colorado with her husband, Myles Rockwell (former UCI World DH Champion) and her two daughters.
Other notable results:
2005 - 3rd National XCO Championships
2007 - 3rd National XCO Championships
2009 - 2nd National XCO Championships
2010 - 3rd National XCO Championships
3x College National Champion

In Episode #33, I sit down with Erik de Brun co-founder of Redshift Sports and Unbound XL winner Taylor Lideen to talk about all the amazing products made by Redshift. Redshift's mtto is to "UNLOCK ADVENTURE" and at Redshift they do just that by making your ride better, so you can go further, faster, and more comfortably on the bike you already own.
Also we were lucky enough to have Unbound XL winner and frequent show co-host Taylor Lideen with us as well to talk about his experiences with Redshift's products like the Shockstop stem, Shockstop seatpost and the Kitchen Sink handle bars.

In episode 32, I sit down with Matt Hawkins of "Ridge Supply Socks". On September 15, 2014 Matt was hit from behind by a pickup truck traveling at 55 mph while on a solo training ride. That accident put a bunch of things into perspective for him. Using the money that he was reimbursed for the pieces of kit lost in the accident, Matt invested those few hundred dollars in the first batch of Ridge Supply Socks....they sold worldwide quickly and his business was born.
The socks are designed to be bright and hyper visible using bio-motion technology that merges design with human intuition to help cyclists, runners & hikers be recognized by motorists. Matt believes there is more to bright socks than just color. Color Blocking & Gradient Colors with the Brightest Colors at the Cuff of the sock work well with Bio-Motion to catch the eye. Ridge Supply's goal is to make the function of bio-motion visibility meet the fashion of the best design & color ways.
The name RIDGE SUPPLY is named after Matt's first son, Ridge, and his home in the Blue Ridge mountains. The Blue Ridge is home to some of the best cycling terrain in the world. If you have been fortunate enough to take in that view or ride those roads and trails, it stays with you forever. Our Original SKYLINE sock is homage to those shades of Blue.
RIDGE SUPPLY is striving to produce the World’s Finest Socks & Accessories to help provide every customer with 100% satisfaction in the product experience.

In EP 31, I have a chat with Sam LeFebre with Ride Parc. In this interview Sam talks to me about "The Bag" which is a very cool new bag to carry all you cycling gear. The Bag launched on Kickstarter in April of 2021 and quickly raised over 310% of their goal amount to produce the first round of Bags.
Cyclingtips said "The Parc Bag is a truly different take on the everyday gear bag" and described it as "A giant toiletry bag, but for your bike stuff instead of a toothpaste and shampoo".

In E30, I chat with Pinkbike Editor Mike Levy. I had a blast getting to have a coffee shop style chat with Mike to learn a bit about his adventures in cycling, as well as what goes into being one of the best bike editor/reviewers in the industry. One of the things I found interesting was how Mike spends a lot of time on his gravel bike. Like most of us riding bikes is a release and Mike is no different and rides a gravel bike to escape the mountain bike.
