Ayahuasca. The Mother of all sacred plant medicines. You have probably heard about Her and may even have been curious to try it yourself. Ayahuasca allows a person access higher states of consciousness with the ego out of the way and enables someone to completely transform their lives usually in profoundly positive ways. Addictions and traumas are healed, the participant gains incredible clarity in their lives and many times major life changes occur very soon after.

It is imperative to treat Ayahuasca as a sacred plant and should only be done in a ceremonial setting with trained and skilled healers usually shamans or curanderos who have worked with the medicine, spent time with and apprenticed with indigenous tribes and learned how to safely walk between worlds. These guides create a safe container for all those involved and working with the energy that is released into the room.

Let's face it, everyone wants to find someone special. We all want to share our magical journeys with someone we love, honor, and respect. Life is really amazing when it’s shared with someone that is in alignment with what we value on the most fundamental level. Not to mention deep heartfelt friendship, intimacy and chemistry that crackles just beneath the surface. Break ups. UGH! The dreaded end to something we had our hearts and dreams set on. 

No matter what kind of break up we had to go through a breakup hurts. A breakup impacts us negatively whether we dump someone or get dumped. When that love leaves our life, it can feel like we are left with a complete black void to fill. The shock and pain can be overwhelming and we can be at a loss of what to do next or how to move on. Break ups can be one of the most traumatic incidents in our lives as the emotional bond has been broken and the constant in our life is no longer there.

In this episode I share how there is a light at the end of the tunnel and how we can move through this painful process and come out the other side a better version of ourselves. Not everything is meant to stay forever and with a little faith in ourselves and implementing helpful tips and yes…time… we will get through it.
