How we choose what we do, and how we approach it…will determine whether the sum of our days adds up to a formless blur, or to something resembling a work of art.

Our fears are real, but also these fear are all in our mind. And guess who’s in control of our mind? Us! It’s always easy said than done. And in reality it takes a lot of time to actually deal with them and some of them even can’t be dealt with. But that’s what living is all about. It’s about having fears… and living with it… accepting it as our own… sometimes tackling it other times, letting it tackle us. And we all have it. 

We have stopped asking ourselves: do we need it? We just follow what is trending: we are just doing what the machines are programming us to do. It’s time to wake up from this sleep. It’s time to stop and think for ourselves. It’s time we question what we really value. It’s time we become more human and take control of our own mind, because if we don’t well, those human devised algorithms will.

Our society is outdated. In this world of technology, where we update our phones and applications in our laptops with just click of a button, don’t you think it’s time we update our society too? Don’t you find it funny that, the society the real world, we are living in, are still following rules and regulations that were started at the first place in the setting where it could actually apply? We are so much engrossed in the digital world around us that no one cares about changing the society.

Anxiety, depression, stress and other self-deprecating habits have become very common among growing kids and young adults while it shouldn’t be. Mental illness, has always been a taboo in the world. Especially in India. That’s the reason many people who suffer from it, don’t opt to speak up about it with their loved ones for the fear of being treated as someone crazy. It's time, to speak up, because if we don't speak up and if we dont learn how to deal with our issues, it's really gonna mess up our mind.

Role Models, Idols. The people who guide you and motivate your way to success. How important are they? And if you have them, do you really let them rule your life? Should you?
