Let's be real - both men and women don't have the best examples of true masculinity due to the emasculation of men in society and broken homes. Dac and I talk about what makes a real man and how gender roles are beneficial to personal growth, for both parties. Men and women each have their respective strengths, and when we work together as a team we can truly maximize our potential for success, in and outside the home. We talk about how to identify a weak man and why men need to live in their purpose. True masculine men thrive with support from their equal but opposite counterpart and that is why it is important for baddies to understand how to receive and nurture masculinity in a man and in turn, feel safe in our femininity.

A year ago I decided to stop drinking for several reasons and wanted to see how long I could go without it. On this episode, I talk about why I stopped and what affect not drinking had on myself, and others. Alcohol is so ingrained in our society that some people cannot fathom when other people choose to not drink. Ultimately, it is a personal choice that others should respect. People don't drink for many reasons, but for me, it was one of the best choices I could make to improve all aspects of my life.

Toxic jobs can truly take a toll on our mental health and affect every aspect of our lives. Sometimes we don't even know how bad it was until we leave and look back at all the negative experiences we edured. Oftentimes, employees become unhappy due to insecure bosses who don’t demonstrate qualities of a leader. Being aware of when to leave a toxic job or situation is key to unlocking your future potential.

Don't forget you're a baddie :)
Most of us have been hurt before, but we really need to decide when enough is enough. If we are aware of the role we played in our own pain in the past, we will choose better for our future. We need to decide on what we truly want from a partner and only align ourselves with what we know we deserve. You either learn from your negative experiences or you keep repeating the same cycle. The choice is yours!

In this episode, I talk about how men and women view creepy behavior differently. This episode was created for men and women equally - so that men can understand that what they do can be seen as threatening and uncomfortable and for women to understand that they are not alone. Women are taught at a very young age to act a certain way in order to avoid attention from men. Men don't go through this so it makes sense as to why they don't see things the way we do. We should move toward teaching men to be and do better, rather than to only teach women to protect themselves from men. // Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thebadandambitiouspodcast
In this episode, Jaleh talks about how traveling abroad inspired her to create a blog to share her trips, which then led her to pursue opportunities that generated income through collaborations with hotels. She explains three ways you can start making money as blogger, even if you don't have a huge following. You never know where life can take you if you follow your passion. All you have to do is start!
In this episode, I talk about how being rejected is actually redirecting you to your life's purpose. Your negative experiences play a special role into who you are meant to become. Everything can be seen as a lesson if you choose to grow from your setbacks. One day it will all make sense. Trust me.
In this episode, I talk about what you need to consider when you are planning to take on a creative venture, start a new business, or improve the project you have been working on. Some people don't know where or when to start. The key is to be as prepared as reasonably possible, but also to give yourself the grace to make mistakes and learn along the way.
