For years, my pursuit of “making it” was defined by achievement — the next job, the next title, the next opportunity. I believed that once I arrived, I’d finally feel complete. But like many of us who chase success, I found that the bag we climb toward often holds less than we expect — and that the meaning we’re after isn’t waiting at the top at all.

This conversation is about what happens when you finally “get there,” and realize that fulfillment isn’t something you find — it’s something you build along the way.
