A continuation of Marta Complex, the Bluth’s are back at their usual antics. Marta and Michael are forbidden lovers, George Sr has a hearing that everyone forgets about, Tobias works through being a never nude, and Maeby maybe isn’t George Michael’s cousin?

Michael gives a speech and every Bluth seems to interpret it in a different way. Buster is preparing to leave Lucille; only for another, Marta realizes that she has made a huge mistake by choosing the wrong "hermano," and George Michael finds out that he may not even be related to Maeby after all.

Tobias is sent to Boston to have his medical license reinstated, Buster is not to be seen or heard, GOB does charity magic, and Lindsay gets a job.
