As we round out 2022 with our last podcast of the year, we wanted to take the time to reflect on the last 12 months to see what we all learned.

Things such as setting boundaries, being kind to ourselves, and looking inwards to improve on self are all topics we talk about. Although 2022 was full of ups and downs for not only us but everyone; it was still generally an amazing year full of new experiences, friendships, and most importantly, lessons. As 2022 comes to an end we hope that you guys take the time to listen and if you don't that's okay too. As long as we inspire take the time to reflect on your own journey that's enough for us.

Right on time for Christmas, we are BACK with another gift for you guys. 

This is our second to last pod of THE YEAR and in this episode, the crew opens up about dating and relationship preferences. Jimmy stays asking the juicy questions as Tyler and Michelle share their thoughts and opinions on them.

Hey guys! It's been a busy two weeks for us but we're BACK with another BANGER here at the Bang Bruhs Podcast.

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoyed the holidays! As always we thank you for the nonstop support and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

In this NEW season, we make a return with a commitment to more frequent uploads on all streaming platforms. In addition, we will also be focusing more on the topics of self-improvement.
