Brett Merritt is a pitching coach in the Boston Red Sox organization. He has spent time in all levels of college baseball, including Division one and two, NAIA, junior college and has been a collegiate summer ball head coach. 

In our conversation Brett shares stories about his time in college baseball, his transition into pro ball, and his experience so far with the Red Sox organization.

His in-depth knowledge of the baseball itself has led him to being utilized as a resource for the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York, and has assisted in authenticating baseballs from eras dating back to the 1800's. 

He is also the owner of Brandon Matthew Putters, specializing in putters for left handed golfers.
