This episode of our Autopsy Reports features the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers. Two teams who by all counts should've been the last for us to examine but both teams found ways to perform far below what was expected and so now we are here.
For the Bucks all eyes on Giannis and his patience with the franchise to put a championship caliber sqaud around him, but the real focus should on the coach and the necessary players who can step up and support Da Greek Freak and Khris Middleton. On the side of coast, the LA Clippers did everything possible to give the LA Lakers fans the necessary heat they needed to give Clippers all they smoke they can choke on. That includes Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Doc Rivers who now has stepped down from being the head coach. And whether Tyronne Lue is the right man to coach this team, his biggest challenge will be is he the right man to coach Kawhi, and PG. No one is for sure but the heiroglyphics on the wall still reads the Clippers still dreaming Western Conference Finals aspirations. Can this squad re-up and do it right this upcoming season. Shaw and I add three more teams on the slab for our 2020 Autopsy Report. We focus our attention on the Orlando Magic, Brooklyn Nets, and the Philadelphia 76ers. The Magic while participating in the playoffs the last two seasons have performed or made significant strides that gives us an idea of what type of team they are trying to become. The Brooklyn Nets with Sean Marks seem to be looking to push all their chips to the middle of the table like they did a few years ago. Will they succeed this go around with Steve Nash as their head coach? As for the Sixers another year of underachievement and another year of the excruciatingly painful Process. Many believe times up for the combination of Embiid and Simmons, but new Head Coach Doc Rivers believes he can apply progress to Process. Can this be achieved. Shaw and I may be the M.E.'s for the 76ers but can 'Doc' surgically repair this broken franchise and team and finally get them to play to the peak of the potential. We got a truck load to speak on. All three playoff teams uniquely positioned for greatness or grave consequences.
