  • #71 Erection center of the brain

Our first return guest Brett returns, the totally not murdered cohost of Remote Guys Night podcast.

Brett suffered from FOMO for VR so he hunted one down and did some scalping. Always picking the wrong line at the grocery store and efficient line arrangements. We discuss our past experiences of VR and predict the future of VR (don't worry it's porn). The Bounce House Burden has been passed to another unsuspecting parent. Figuring out how much our personal time is worth and playing video games that simulate a real job. Brett's wood carving neurosurgeon neighbor sounds really cool and Brooks teaches us about the biggest part of the brain. We start our new segment, 49 more great questions from SuperFan Tonya. We quickly spin off into a conversation of bitcoin and the logistics of time travel (naked sphere of electricity). Trash talking architects and john tortures his kid by getting a cavity filled. We contemplate the best way to die and how much old people be fucking. We end by playing a rousing game of "Would you rather?"

  • #70 Ive never seen the center of a mango

Simon Liggity-Lyle is back on the mic! We chat about being weird around our kids, the mysterious mango pit and which Lyle brother would make the best sister. Brooks makes a trip down to Powell's and we chat about reading books, getting a GED and old man foot problems as we approach 40. We finally figure out Brooks' mayoral slogan, getting in school yard fights and how much John hated high school wrestling. Brooks reveals that he is a Black Widow Notary and Simon is half caveman. A Thanksgiving dinner alternative is suggested 2 months late and Simon teaches his daughter the joys of the mixtape. John rants about candy and radio stations while Brooks accepts a truly prestigious, completely authentic award from the POD academy. Enjoy!

  • #69 Fat Brooks is returning

John's cousin Haden guests on a very special episode 69. John is tired from crawling around on his knees all day and Brooks is sick from eating too much gluten (like an old man pussy). We share NICU stories and judging women by their hip to waist ratios, ponder whether old people actually get colder or are just a liars. Tackling beer runners and hiding treasure in our houses. Again John does a poor job of explaining Mental Load and SuperFan Alex answers some of her own questions for a change. We get bored and talk about the stuff on the walls, 'sicking' it up to call into work and wrap it up with a plug for the Joe Meets World podcast.

    John's Correction Korner:
1:The urban growth boundary is not unique to Portland although they are somewhat uncommon,
2: The Basques are a European ethnic group that share a culture, genetic heritage and language (but not a country) that is located  in parts of north-central Spain and south-western France.
    3. Richard Daley was the Mayor of Chicago from 1955-1976 and may or may not be a corrupt piece of shit , but was not a teamster.

  • #68 Hassbot-3000

Our outdoorsy, millennial friend Hass (Haas,Hoss?) is on to discuss how to pronounce his last name, buying and selling stuff online to perverts, getting drunk at his wedding, New Year's Eve and prepping for the apocalypse. Brooks bemoans the tremendous burden of buying his own socks. Does birth order effect your personality? Territorial views and praying for earthquakes. Live edge charcuterie boards and fixing free stuff.

    John Corrections:
-the racist song of the south ride is splash mountain not "its a small world"
-burj kalifa is the tallest building is the world
-territorial view is real estate speech for a 'large view' not necessarily of a mountain or something

Joined down in the basement by Kevin and his father Don, who is in Portland for the holidays. Learn why Don moved from Chicago to Vegas in 1963, he says he's not in the mafia but he is totally in the mafia. Science!!
