The Bashmore Show

Bit of a scaredy cat? Well this is the show for you. This week - a look at the many many social situations that fill me with dread. From getting in a lift with someone you partially know to having to indulge in small talk (the horror).

Get some.

Some radio shows get interviews with politicians, musicians and actors.

Not this show - we interview superheroes. Granted it's not exactly the greatest ever superhero but it's a superhero nonetheless. So, yeah, we'll have that.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's a radio show presented by some rambling bloke from Birmingham.

This week - inspired by the quite marvellous Captain America film - is superhero week.

Featuring an exclusive, very exciting, totally super interview with a superhero. Yup. You don't get that on those big important radio shows.

Plus, a festival to rival the Desert Trip mega festival.

Yeah.

Lazy. That's me. Corner cutting laziness. I love it.

This week it's a 'lazy' themed show. Ever called someone a sloth? Well, sloths aren't happy about it. Yep, we've got a representative from the Sloth Rights Life group on the show.

Get some.

There's nothing finer than a damn good pencil is there? It's ok, don't answer that, there isn't.

Stationery rules. Well, good stationery anyway. This week on the Wednesday Night Delight it's stationery week. So, let's look back on our stationery joys of yesteryear, and find out about a brand new stationery magazine.

Grab your pencil, or your sharpener and check it out.

Yeah.

This week, it's a brothers themed show.

The Show of Shows (aka The Rarely Listened To Show) looks at life as a brother, plus quizzes a brother.

Plus, The History of Emojis. Get on it folks.
