The Beard Winner

This episode features a pioneer in the podcasting and blogging side of the Bourbon Industry. Yes, there are other bourbon podcasts out there, but Kenny and Ryan from The Bourbon Pursuit Podcast really caught my attention when I was hunting for bourbon back in 2016.

In this installment of the podcast I am fortunate enough to sit down with Kenny Coleman and discuss how his podcast came into being the entertaining and informative must listen to on any bourbon enthusiasts lists. Tune in to find out how Kenny and his business partner and friend Ryan have taken it a step further by creating their own expressions under their NDP label Pursuit Spirits. These are artisan whiskeys hand picked by this knowledgeable duo and when it is gone it is gone. I have their Episode 28 Bourbon its way to try and I will be sure to let you all know what I think of it on my social media. Cheers!

This episode is a look into my dealings with alcohol and the approach I have to take with it moving forward. I provide some background on how I got into Craft Beer and chasing Bourbon a few years ago. To be clear I am transparent and vulnerable in this episode because I do not want to stifle anyone's progress with staying dry if needed. We have some more guest episodes coming up after this one, but until then I wish you all a safe and happy two weeks!

This episode is published early and was supposed to air on July 2, 2020 when I will be working on a fireworks show with friends. Yes, will have video footage if everything goes according to plan!

This is a solo episode I reflect on the excitement we had as kiddos at the beginning of the summer vacation. Anything felt truly possible! My WWII Veteran Great Uncle Turns 100. His positivity should give us all hope.

Next we look back at Episode 2 and then look forward our upcoming Interview with a good buddy of mine!

Lastly, I dive into photography and what it takes to really amplify your skills and get more than snapshots.

Bonus content for my pyro friends I talk about fireworks!

As always be on the look out for behind the scenes photos & video and do not forget to Support the Show!
