The Bears are casting a wide net in their search for a new GM and Head Coach. We discuss who they have interviewed and who we would like to see at these positions.

Almost a week since Pace and Nagy were fired, the Bears have begun the search for their replacements. There are long candidate lists for both, which is encouraging!

It happened. The Bears have moved on from General Manager Ryan Pace and Head Coach Matt Nagy. After a few hours of optimism, George McCaskey held another bad and frustrating press conference, killing most of the optimism. However, early names floating for filling the GM and HC positions have produced some intriguing possibilities. We discuss.

After leading the Vikings 14-0 at the half, the Bears lose 31-17. This game was a microcosm of the 2021 season, even the Nagy era as a whole. We discuss.

With Fields likely missing the final game of the season on the Covid list, there isn't much to look forward to in this final Bears game of the 2021 season. But, there is a lot to think about and discuss once that game is over. We discuss what changes might be coming, what we'd like to see, and what we expect to see.

We don't do much of a preview of the upcoming  Bears/Seahawks game, because Nick Foles will be starting. Also, Nagy decides to start Ifedi over Borom for some reason. Finally, we go through some of the names that have been tossed around for the Bears next head coach, and the organizational changes that would need to accompany the next coach.
