In league wide news, Brian Flores is suing the NFL and several teams over hiring practices; Lovie Smith has a new head coaching gig; and we share our Super Bowl predictions.

The Bears have a new head coach! Matt Eberflus was hired by new GM Ryan Poles. For some reason, the Chicago sports media outlets are already convinced this will not work out, and for unfounded reasons (aka, not a down has been played yet!). We discuss.

The Bears have hired Ryan Poles as their new general manager. Poles comes from the Chiefs organization; his next move is to hire the new head coach. We discuss the three leading candidates.

The Bears are casting a wide net in their search for a new GM and Head Coach. We discuss who they have interviewed and who we would like to see at these positions.

Almost a week since Pace and Nagy were fired, the Bears have begun the search for their replacements. There are long candidate lists for both, which is encouraging!

It happened. The Bears have moved on from General Manager Ryan Pace and Head Coach Matt Nagy. After a few hours of optimism, George McCaskey held another bad and frustrating press conference, killing most of the optimism. However, early names floating for filling the GM and HC positions have produced some intriguing possibilities. We discuss.

After leading the Vikings 14-0 at the half, the Bears lose 31-17. This game was a microcosm of the 2021 season, even the Nagy era as a whole. We discuss.

With Fields likely missing the final game of the season on the Covid list, there isn't much to look forward to in this final Bears game of the 2021 season. But, there is a lot to think about and discuss once that game is over. We discuss what changes might be coming, what we'd like to see, and what we expect to see. 

We also discuss the feud between Aaron Rodgers and Chicago sports journalist Hub Arkush over the MVP vote discussion.

We don't do much of a preview of the upcoming  Bears/Seahawks game, because Nick Foles will be starting. Also, Nagy decides to start Ifedi over Borom for some reason. Finally, we go through some of the names that have been tossed around for the Bears next head coach, and the organizational changes that would need to accompany the next coach.
