Well now this coaching search at FSU has taken a weird turn. Reports came out yesterday that former head coach Willie Taggart didn't actually sign his contract and it lead to a bunch of back and forthing. Marc tries to figure out what the truth is to the situation and if they'll have a new coach by the end of the month like the AD said they would.

Last season the biggest story was that Patrick Mahomes would be the best quarterback for the next decade. Then in the Super Bowl it became this would be the passing of the torch from Tom Brady to Jared Goff. Fast forward to this year with Lamar Jackson taking the league by storm. Marc talks about how every year there has been a new quarterback that has dominated the conversation.

For the past few season NBA commissioner Adam Silver has talked about wanting to make some changes to the leagues schedule, including shortening the season and adding a play-in tournament and in-season tournament. Although Marc understands the fun and appeal of a play-in tournament for the playoffs but doesn't get the reasoning behind an in-season tournament.
