As a whole our in-state NFL teams are not very good. The Dolphins are tanking for draft picks, the Jaguars can't decide on a quarterback, and Jameis Winston won't stop throwing interceptions for the Buccaneers. When ask the question of which team has the best future, Marc is struggling for an answer.

After a disappointing loss to the New England Patriots it sure looks as though Jason Garrett isn't long to keep his job with the Dallas Cowboys. Although everyone seems to think that Lincoln Riley is the next logical name to take the job. But Marc plays a little bit of connecting the dots and wonders that if Riley declines the offer could Urban Meyer be the next name that Jerry Jones turns to?

After what looked like a promising start to the season (even though they lost to the Gators) it looked as though the Miami Hurricanes were poised to have a big year. Unfortunately things haven't turned out so well after they lost to FIU this past weekend. Marc talks about despite alumni and fans saying every year that "the U is back" it looks as though those days are firmly in the rear view mirror.

Gary Parris of the UCF Football broadcast team joins the show and previews the UCF-Tulane game. He and Marc also talk about the play of freshmen quarterback Dillion Gabriel and how the team spent the bye week after a disappointing loss.

The path to championship weekend is getting closer and Austin Lyon of Spectrum Sports joins the show and previews the night of high school football playoff action.

The continued fallout from the Myles Garrett and Mason Rudolph incident is now about whether or not a racial slur was said to Garrett. Rudolph and his attorney maintain innocence and the NFL investigation backs up those claims, but Garrett contends they are wrong. Richard Hale joins the show and discuss that story and what minor league baseball stadiums can do now that MLB is forcing them to shut down.

The news on the Seminoles coaching search seems to have run cold. The administration has asked boosters for more money when it comes to the search which leads some to think a decision could be on the horizon. Marc talks about how there is no true front-runner right now for the job but it seems like it is between Odell Haggins and Mike Norvell.
