In this episode, Elisha sits down with esteemed performer, mental health advocate and founder of Applause For Thought, Raffaella Covino. They talk about Raff’s work as a dance captain and swing in the performing arts industry, including in shows such as In The Heights, Rent and Hairspray. They talk about her break and year out from the industry in 2018, and how that ultimately that led her to found the mental health community and charity, Applause for Thought - offering Courses, Consultancy and Events, all with the aim of creating systematic change in performing arts in regard to mental health.
