Her journey continued in New York City, where she pursued a master’s degree in Hospitality Business at NYU. While in New York, Chloe honed her craft on Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ Global Branding Team, gaining invaluable experience by managing internal aspects of hotel openings.
After returning to LA, Chloe channeled her expertise into opening a series of celebrated restaurants and hospitality venues across the city. Today, she plays a pivotal role at Avondale Equities, a family-run real estate firm that specializes in creating exceptional hospitality properties. Working alongside her brothers, Brandon and Tyler, Chloe oversees marketing, events, and the hospitality portfolio, shaping memorable experiences for guests and redefining the city’s hospitality landscape. Together, they are shaping the future of Los Angeles’ hospitality landscape with a commitment to excellence and community impact.
