On this episode of The Become Bulletproof Podcast, we're joined by world-renown educator, and my mentor, Luke Leaman. Luke joins me and discusses a number of topics from dopamine & why nobody is happy anymore, to seratonin and why your sleep sucks.
And genuinely thought provoking episode with a load of science thrown in for good measure - so you don't need to just take his word for it.
Find him over at @MuscleNerds_Health on IG.
On this episode of The Become Bulletproof Podcast, we welcome Adds Fitch to the show.
What you won't get in this episode is any rants, from me...
What you will get, however, is absolutely blown away by this guy's enthusiasm, drive and motivation.
I swear, if you don't finish this episode feeling like a fire has been lit underneath you, then I don't know what to tell you. The way articulates what he wants to say, as well as his passion not just for his craft but for helping others is absolutely fantastic, and as soon as we wrapped the episode, I knew it had been a brilliant conversation.
If I can give you one piece of advice, it is to listen to this episode ASAP - especially if you're wanting to change, to get stuff done or just need to be inspired.

On this episode of The Become Bulletproof Podcast, we welcome back Simon Dutton.
Instead of taking the nerdy route we did last time, this episode is based entirely on rants.
We turned up to the conversation with 6 fitness/gym-based topics that fill us with rage... and we decide between us which should be put in the infamous Room 101.
This is not an episode to be missed, especially if you enjoy my many rants that happen on this podcast.

It's a new season... and a new name!!
The very first episode of the newly-dubbed Become Bulletproof Podcast kicks off with Irtaza Farooq taking us on a journey focused around mindset, coaching standards in the industry, stress, perception and much more.
It's an exciting episode and features a number of rants (wouldn't be an Brett Mack podcast without them) - so if you're struggling to find your "why" or you want to know how to take on the world, then this episode is for you!
On today's episode I'm joined by Ryan Garnett - a coach who started his journey as a personal trainer in the same place as me - a tiny hotel gym in a small town in the Lake District.
Since then Ryan has become one of the best body transformation coaches in the game - and so I've used this platform to pluck as much knowledge as possible form him whilst he shares stories from his journey and from his client's journeys.
On this episode, I'm joined by one of my closest friends, Jason Horne.
Jason has seven years experience (as of April '21) in the fitness industry and has seen a lot of things happen on the gym floor.
Jason and myself discuss some of the dos and don'ts on the gym floor as the UK prepares to reopen its gyms post-lockdown.
This is a pretty revealing episode with us both detailing a number of stories which you don't often hear personal trainers or coaches talk about.
Any feedback, please message me at @BrettMackCoaching on IG.
Enjoy!
On this episode of One More FitnessPodcast Can't Hurt, we welcome coach & educator Simon Kingsley-Dutton. Simon is incredibly smart and just from the way he speaks you can tell he has a real passion for his work.
We speak about stress, education, understanding, nutrition - amongst other things... so make sure you don't pass up on this episode.
Share it to your stories, drop me a tag on IG @BrettMackCoaching, and drop Simon a follow too @KingsleyDutton.
On this week's episode, I'm joined by Brent Gilpin of Finding Function.
Brent is a physiological with a wealth of experience, and has created a hybrid programme working with athletes helping them becoming pain free.
This is genuinely the quietest I've been on any episode so far as this guy has so much value to offer, you'd be a fool to give this episode a miss as we talk all things pain, movement, breathing and rehab.
In today's episode I'm joined by James Kent as we delve down a number of different rabbits holes once again - but our main focus is on NUTRITION.
Whether you're just starting out, or been training a while - this is an episode that you DO NOT want to miss as James touches on some great points whilst telling some fantastic stories.
In this episode we speak to nutritionist Nicola Kemp about the subject of emotional eating and rewiring our patterns. This is something that affects a number of people but isn't spoken about in it's entirety, and so it's an interesting topic to delve into.
