Torfaen CBC Councillor Jo Gauden, who also sits on the Croesyceiliog School Board of Governors joined Serina to talk about how she supports community events and her work within the school. Jo talks about the importance of wellbeing, physically and mentally, allowing students to focus on their learning and how Croesyceiliog School supports their students. As a local councillor Jo works with a number of community groups to fundraise and to provide a number of services and events across Torfaen to support communities. Families and other stakeholders are able to engage in community events, where they can have fun, experiences and the opportunity to socialise, bringing communities together. This episode supports Lisa's episode in terms of understanding roles and the future you could have.

Senior University Lecturer Lisa Curtis talks about her life choices and how she ended up in teaching. Lisa talks about the options of university and what universities offer.
