Born in Spain, being raised in Chile and Germany, Felix Inden is no stranger to travelling. Although happy with tropical climates, Felix has a real love for the colder climates, especially The Faroe and Lofoten Islands.

Felix also gives his top 3 tips for anyone into, or getting into landscape photography and he also tells me about potential plans to get him and his camera to Ireland one day soon

I couldn't be happier to have 19 year old Landscape Astro Photographer, Jakob Sahner on this episode of The Bernard Geraghty Photography Podcast. Jakob is a photographer I came across on Ep.1 of this podcast when I had Alyn Wallace on as my very first guest. I asked Alyn if there was one Instagram account people should follow... without hesitation he says "Jakob Sahner". 

Forward a few weeks later to Ep.5 with Adrien Mauduit and I ask him the same question, if there was one Instagram account people should follow... again same result, Jakob Sahner, he says.

That was enough for me to know this guy was going to be good without even seeing his stuff, I did see his stuff and it confirmed everything the lads had said. This is a good one folks, sit back, relax and enjoy

Benro kindly sent me two carbon fibre tripods and two ball heads a couple of months ago, the Mach 3 38cl & the new Rhino FRHN34C tripods and the G2 and GX35 Ball Heads.

In this episode I'm having a chat with good friends, Darren J Spoonley and Diarmuid O Donovan, the hosts of The Irish Photography Podcast. I spent plenty of episodes being asked the questions with the lads on the IPP, this time it was my turn to ask the questions. Rachael Talibart is known worldwide for her amazing work capturing our planets seas and oceans at their wildest. Rachael has always had a fascination with the sea, especially in stormy weather which is evident in her work. Not content with just taking photos, Rachael has also published two books, The Coast and Sirens, Her third book Tides and Tempests is due to be released in November 2020. Friday 9pm we hit the road for a last minute few days in Donegal, Saturday night/Sunday morning at 3am we're back home in Dublin. What was supposed to be a few days ended up being just over 24 hours, why??? You best listen, we had it all planned, Cloud inversions, Sunrises, sunsets and camping!!

If you going to fail at photography, you might as well do it with two gas men, which is exactly what Mark and Milo are

I have a wedding photographer on the podcast, a WEDDING photographer!! Mike is your regular Storm Chasing, wedding photographer.

So, there's a new low light beast in town... The Sony a7siii

Given the nature of their work and the fact they already shoot with the Sony a7s and A7sii I was delighted to have Adrien and Alyn on the @bgphotopod again talking to me about the newly announced a7siii. For anyone on the fence about this camera there's probably not two better guys placed than these to give an opinion on it especially if your into astro photography, night time vlogging or time-lapsing the night sky

Rewind to Sunday night, the plan, a night under the stars at Hook Head shooting the Milky Way and Comet Neowise.

Ian, Anto, Fred and myself set off from Dublin around 8pm, for Fred it was his first time, not just shooting the Milky Way but actually seeing it for the first time.

Find out what Freds expectations were as we headed down to The Hook and what went through his head as darkness fell as he gives us his full verdict after a night under the stars.
