Taking the time to track and measure your progress and performance from month to month, let alone every single day, can feel like the most basic and unproductive way to spend your time. After all, you already feel like you don’t have enough time to get through your laundry list of to dos!

What we’ve found is that what moves the needle forward in our lives and business, as well as allows us to optimize each minute of every day, is getting back to the basics of measuring and evaluating yourself and your business. In fact, we do it every single day, at the end of each week, each month, each quarter and each year.

Today I have some person stories I want to share about what my life looked like before I truly decided to go ALL IN on myself as a Mom, Wife, Leader and Business Owner.

On paper, I always had it together. Top of my class, star athlete and leader in my previous careers. But there was always a HUGE gap between where I was and where I KNEW I could be.
