Living abroad could be unpleasant but very few people try their best to understand how to integrate easily into their present community. 

Integration does not mean doing away with one's cultures and traditions, it is just an amazing process that takes little time, which always yields into a better living. The road to integration could be difficult but it all depends on our interests. With the high rate of immigrants migrating into Europe on a daily basis, it is safe to say that one needs to adapt to a new culture, way of living, etc to be able to feel and live like a member of his/her present community. 

In this episode, I let loose, I shared a bit of my story, my uncomfortable experiences and how I felt after I arrived in Europe (Italy) at the age of 21 and the route that I took that made me a BETTER FOREIGNER today.
