The Better Way to Complain and Applying the Model

Listen Later

Remember to sign up for the Love and Support Call this week here!

Today we explore some better ways to complain (so it doesn't end up everywhere!) and Heidi details her recent move experience that led to LOTS of desire to complain. Heidi then applies the Model to her situation and shows how it made the whole experience better.

Take aways
Better ways to complain:
1. Choose one person to complain to
2. Choose one person to complain to about this. Another person you complain to about a different topic. Another about something else, etc.
3. Stop complaining to someone if it seems to be the foundation of the friendship or they can't stop talking about your issue.
4. Complain through prayer/talking to God
5. Complain through writing, journaling, and letter writing (that you don't give)
