In this week's episode, Christina and Chelsee talk to Grace Mackson, a public health professional, about queerness and public health in celebration of LGBTQ Health Awareness Week.

If you're looking for local health resources, check out your local LGBT center: they'll often have links to places that are queer-friendly or even on-site services themselves. Also check out local community groups like Queer Exchange, where people often ask questions and trade hot tips about specific health services and doctors!
There are many resources out there to help you find a provider and a healthcare spot that you can trust and talk to them about health problems that you have. Also, your local health department might or might not have better resources than the CDC: check them out!
You can find links to more resources, including the Bi+ Resource Center and a PDF guide for coming out to your doctor, in last week's newsletter.
