While many people give much attention to appearing "pure" in the eyes of men, few are really concerned with purity of heart before God. In our study of this Beatitude, we see not only what it means to be pure of heart, but why it matters.

2nd Peter 2:10-16

Jesus speaks into a culture largely void of mercy and calls His people to be merciful. In this study what it means to be one of "the merciful" and what it means that the merciful "shall receive mercy."

Every worldview must wrestle with what it is that is humanity's greatest problem and what it is that we really need? In this study, we limit our focus to what the Biblical worldview teaches about salvation by unfolding the rest of the Bible's metanarrative.

While our culture celebrates ethical relativism, the Bible gives us a comprehensive framework for understanding what is right and what is wrong. Scripture teaches God's moral law is grounded in His holiness, has been revealed to humanity, and exposes our sinfulness.
