Having a heart that is devoted to God is hard in a culture that screams for our attention. Having a relationship with God is not just outward, but inward.

It is easy to recognize sin in others, perhaps not so easy to see it in ourselves. But when we see sin in others, how do we handle it? Loving the sinner and hating the sin helps people to receive the grace of God.

Are you teachable? Sometimes we struggle to hear and follow God because we are not teachable. But we can't teach others if we haven't first been taught.

Verse of the day is: Psalm 25:5 "Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you."

When we go through afflictions in this life, we can feel forsaken and forgotten. But knowing the heart of God toward us is good and constant, the friction of affliction becomes a place of grace.

What are your hopes and dreams? When dreams come true, God's purposes in those dreams are greater than we could imagine, impacting more than just ourselves.

We all have an inheritance waiting for us. Our lifestyle indicates what that inheritance will be.

Can you imagine standing before Jesus after He rose from the grave? We could not help but worship! Perhaps this image in our mind can help us to worship with that same fervor as a church.

Have you ever felt forgotten? Maybe your name wasn't on a list, and you weren't considered. Or you weren't invited to an event that others were. The fact is that we will be forgotten in this world, but never forgotten by God.
