Together they attempt to pick their fantasy team and the team they would pick for the upcoming Lions tour to South Africa. Mr Bicky is joined by Grievo and special guests Jamie and Lucas to talk about our struggles throughout lockdown, our experiences of mental health and to offer advice and support for each other. We hope by doing this, we can help in the fight against the stigma surrounding mental health in men. It is okay to not be okay. You do not need to man up. It is absolutely okay to talk about your feelings and emotions. If you are struggling, then please do talk to someone - they will listen.
