He has obtained the CISSP, HCISPP, ITIL, and CEH certifications, and currently holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from FIU. George is an active member of South Florida ISSA as well as ISACA. He recently created an educational youtube channel "GRCguy" to help with security awareness and education. George is a proponent of "work/life balance" and encourages young cyber security professionals to ensure they prioritize what matters most first, which is all aspects of health.
