This week we chat with Allison Andrews Canter. Allison is an entrepreneur and has used the power of disruption as a tool to design the life she wants to live. After the largest fashion show in Los Angeles shut its doors, Allison saw an opportunity to create Fashion Week San Diego, which has become the largest fashion industry event on the West Coast. In her personal life, she has navigated medical crisis with her son led to a full life inventory and she made major changes. Her forthcoming book is a personal memoir with also teachable moments about how to navigate life post-divorce. When you start living an authentic life, the energy shifts and decisions get easier. As the world opens back up again, ask yourself what parts of “normal” are you really looking forward to getting back to and what parts of your previous “normal” life you can leave behind.
