Rumpke Dump Beans

1 lb ground beef

1 onion chopped

1 green pepper chopped

1 cup brown sugar

1 3/4 Cup Brooks Ketchup

1 Tsp Guldens Mustard

1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

4 16oz cans Van Camp's pork & beans

Brown your beef. Add browned ground beef, onion and peppers to crock pot with all other ingredients. Slow cook on low for 4 hours.

Crockpot Guinness Beer Cheese Dip

*12 ounces of Guinness Beer

*16 Oz block of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

*8 Oz block of mild cheddar (shredded)

*2 blocks of softened cream cheese (16oz)

*1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard

* 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

*1 shake of tabasco sauce (optional)

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low around 2 hours or high one hour stirring every half hour or so. Serve with soft pretzel bites, tortilla chips, or pretzel rods!
