This week, I've been having some uncomfortable conversations with myself & God about not feeling like I'm improving careerwise so I said I would settle for where I am. 

I would settle for the ordinary, mundane life. But I was reminded, we all have the ability to be extraordinary in our lives, so we should never settle to be anything less than that. 

Regardless of the pain, regardless of the work, it is always better to fulfil our potential to be extraordinary.  

On this episode I talk about... Staying silent with some of the thoughts you have in your head can lead to fear & anxiety trying to get the best of you... Let's find ways around that. 

Hunger, both literal & for things, can make us more out of character and doing things that doesn't align with the person we have become...

Doesn't mean you aren't doing great work because you don't have the required amount of external recognition, and also, it doesn't mean you aren't moving wrong just because it hasn't been called out...

Sometimes our busyness can mask what we're running away from dealing... 

You put petrol (gas) in a diesel car, you won't get far. 

So why do we fuel ourselves with things that we know don't help us be the best self?

Some situations we are currently in just require us to change how we view it to understand it may have never been how we made it seem...

These children can make you think you ain't doing a good job with some of the things that happen along the parenting journey, but I'm here to say, if you're a good parent, you are doing a great job.
