I mean, what is your real why? It's probably not the 6 pack or big deadlift, because, let's face it, those things don't really matter all that much in the real world.
But taking some time to think about your driving reasons behind why you train and what it allows you to do, makes it a whole lot easier to push through the tough days and times you really CBA with training.
And following off the back of that, taking the time to train and improve your physical and mental tools allows you to be better able to help the others around you that need it.
