Another great stretch of weather!

Emily is going on her first flight, and we're calling her to let her know it will be a flight she'll never forget.

Today is Johnny Appleseed Day, to honor the works of one John Chapman, who traversed the northeast during the 1700's, planting apple seeds.  He might have had something to do with the number of apple trees in our area.  Today is also National Pancake Day...it used to be called National Lumberjack Day...there's some sort of connection there...in today's edition...Country Music aplenty at next year's Stagecoach Festival in California...Eric Church extends his "Free The Machine Tour"(including a stop in Buffalo)...and Kenny Chesney adds more dates to his BOOK tour.  Happy Birthday today to David Frizzell, who turns 83...Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild turns 56 on Sunday.
