Actually feeling really good today... Got a lousy nights sleep but had a great weekend, looked at some new technology, picked up a few new broadcasting plugins that I am now using on the podcast and some other general stuff... it's a good show !

Today I talk about the relationship between cause and effect, or causality, as I feel that my overly pessimistic approach to things in daily life has a direct effect on how things turn out for me.  I also talk a bit about a recent car buying/leasing experience and of course finish up with a nice poem :)

I figured it made sense to go in the other direction today and review how I am currently approaching life to see some of the contrasts.  I also touch on dissociation and what that "feels" like for me, what it is and how to perhaps approach it from a different perspective.  Starting something new as well by reading a poem form the book I wrote in 2016 called "Poetic Rhetoric - Nonsensical Blasphemy"... we'll see how that goes :)
