Dan has signed on as the producer to turn this into a film. In todays episode we break down just how powerful Frank Matthews was. How his rise to power in NY allowed him to even threaten the Mafia. Then as quickly as he rose to power, he was gone. Although Frank wasnt arrested, nor was he taken out.
