The Black Madonna Speaks community will be joining hearts and souls to pray for the next nine days with Black Madonnas, Mary Magdalen and Saint James as preparation for the July Series on The Black Madonna Speaks podcast. Every week in this lovely month of Summer, we will be exploring a different aspect of the Camino and how it relates to our purpose as humans, and how the Black Madonna is our companion along the way.

One more gem of a discovery while formulating my Black Madonna Mysterious Soul Companion course on Teachable, was finding a unique modern image of The Black Madonna of Chartres. I was so taken by it, I decided to follow up with the artist, who is a delightful person based in Gloucester, Massachusetts. She has an entire repertoire of Divine Feminine and Goddess images in addition to The Black Madonna, Isis and Makeda - The Queen of Sheba. The interview explores the inspiration and process that Ms Berger goes through where she allows the artistic expression to come forth.

For many of us, school is out and the Summer holidays have begun. If you are like me, I enjoy light reading during this time and love to delve into a good fiction novel or two during the longer days and less scheduled weekends. As I was researching for the Black Madonna course on Teachable, the algorithm gnomes recommended The Black Madonna and The Young Sculptor since I was searching titles of other books featuring the subject. I had never read a fictional account of anything to do with The Black Madonna and was thoroughly intrigued by the entire title, which included the phrase " Mythic Dimension of Chartres Cathedral." I followed up with the author Eric G. Müller after finishing the book, and found that he had actually contacted me several years before regarding my book! So the arc has been completed, and the interview I hope will inspire you to purchase and enjoy this book as part of your supper reading selections.

In the Spring of 2020, author and host Stephanie Georgieff attempted to publish her second book The Virgin of Guadalupe, Mysterious Messenger of Destiny. We know now, this was a difficult time due to the pandemic of that year which stretched on for several following years. This episode is a reading of one of the chapters where Georgieff visits the Basilica of Guadalupe in Mexico City during the Festival of Guadalupe in December, as well as her experience of the same festival at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles. As the book is being revised, the new material is artfully presented in a course through Teachable. This episode is an introduction to the course and a stand alone celebration of modern encounters with The Virgin of Guadalupe.
