We as people are like high performance vehicles.
Even in a basic car you still have a dashboard of gauges. This helps us know when our gas is low, we need an oil change, etc.. If we don't maintain our vehicles then they breakdown :) Our mind, our body, our spirit are subsections of our overall vehicle which is us!
