In the second installment of this series, it's been almost a year since I released a Moment of Clarity episode (go back to episode 25, "Social Media Usage for Black Educators"). The purpose behind the Moment of Clarity series is to provide a sincere, transparent look into my own life and to discuss real life issues outside of the classroom. It's uncommon. It's unorthodox. It's a liberal creative choice in a cookie-cutter content era specifically for educational podcasts. I believe it's important that we, Black educators, discuss real issues. After all, we are actual human beings with a litany of personal problems. Hopefully, this episode helps someone who is experiencing heartbreak. And heartbreak hits us all differently, and it comes from various places: a romantic relationship ending, a loved one dying, a business closing, or a friendship weakening. If this episodes helps you, please contact me and let me know.
