I looked at myself in the mirror again and saw my childhood self looking back at me with anger, shame, guilt, fear, rejection, sadness and other forms of trauma. I address why it's so hard for me to forgive, but I want you guys to look at yourselves in the mirror and be honest. What do you see? What would you like to change and or improve?
